Which marketplaces' labels are supported?
It works with common A4 label formats such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Dolap and Gardrops. If the label is in the top-left corner of the page, the default setting gives the right result.
My printer is not thermal; can I still use it?
Yes. The 100×150 mm output is compatible with most label printers; you can also print it on a laser printer with label paper.
Does the barcode quality suffer?
Because the page is not converted back to an image, the barcode and text quality are preserved as much as possible.
How should I choose the label area (crop)?
If the label is in the top-left corner of the A4 page, the default setting gives the right result. If the label is spread across the page, try the full page option; if it is in the top half, try the top half option. Opening the PDF to see where the barcode sits prevents a wrong crop from the start.
Can I convert more than one shipping label in one go?
Yes. You can upload up to 20 PDFs in one request; each file is processed on its own, and even if one fails, the others are completed. You download the outputs one by one or all of them as a single ZIP file. If one PDF has several pages, each page becomes a separate label.
Why is an A4 shipping label converted to 100×150 mm?
Shipping labels downloaded from marketplace panels are prepared for an A4 page. When you send that file straight to a thermal printer, the printer tries to fit the content into the label size; the barcode shrinks and readers sometimes fail to recognize the label. KargoLabel crops the label area in the A4 PDF and places it at the 100×150 mm thermal label size. Because the PDF is not converted back to an image, the barcode and text quality are preserved as much as possible.
